Sauna Cabin Direct publishes product-intent content, public evidence previews, and RFQ checklists for sauna and spa equipment buyers. The site does not publish hidden legal identity claims, blanket certificate promises, or quote terms that have not been confirmed in writing.

Sauna Cabin Direct is a product research and RFQ coordination brand for sauna and spa equipment project buyers.
The contracting seller must be identified in the final written quotation and order documents.
The production party and its scope must be confirmed for the quoted model before deposit.

What must stay quote-specific

A holder named in a supplier-provided document must not be assumed to be the contracting seller or production party.
Warranty provider, claim route, spare-part responsibility, and after-sales scope must be confirmed in writing.
Do not infer legal identity, manufacturing ownership, certificate applicability, or warranty responsibility from the brand name, product imagery, or a supplier-provided document alone.

Content review

Organization-reviewed, not persona-invented.

Buying guides, route pages, and evidence summaries are reviewed at the organization level. This site does not create fake experts, unverified factory biographies, or hidden reviewer identities.

Source standard

Use source files as screening evidence only.

Public files may show a holder name, certificate number, report date, or route scope. They are cited to improve RFQ quality, not to bypass model, voltage, destination, or batch confirmation.

Corrections

Dates, expiry, and scope are corrected in public.

If a file is outdated, limited, or ambiguous, the public page must say so plainly. Historical files remain labeled as historical instead of being silently removed or implied as current.

Evidence governance

How public evidence is approved before it appears on the site.

Only publish evidence that improves buyer verification, such as model photos, packing visuals, process clips, and source documents.
Redact or withhold files when they expose private contacts, banking data, uncontrolled legal claims, or unsupported compliance language.
Mark every document by status, holder, scope, and date when the source file supports that statement.
Keep expired or historical files clearly separated from current review files.
Ask buyers to request current batch photos, labels, packing, and route-specific evidence before deposit.
