Steam rooms and sauna rooms are not interchangeable RFQ paths. Steam rooms are wet-area projects that depend on generator, waterproofing, drainage, glass, sealing, and service access. Sauna rooms depend more on wood, heater, ventilation, bench layout, and heat management.
A hotel, wellness center, or residential project should identify the desired guest experience, site condition, moisture handling, electrical route, drainage, and maintenance access before selecting either route.
The useful quote separates finished unit scope, site works, heater or generator package, certificate discussion, packing, and installation responsibility.
